Common questions
Do I need an account or an internet connection?
No. The Wordbound plays fully offline and has no accounts, so there’s nothing to sign in to or reset.
Where is my journey saved?
Only on your device. Deleting the app, or clearing site data if you play in a browser, permanently deletes it — we have no copy to recover.
A real word wasn’t accepted in battle.
Email us the word and the letters you had — if it’s missing from the Lexicon, we’ll look at adding it.
I’m stuck in a battle.
Tap the menu button on the enemy panel — you can retreat to the map, visit Options, or return to the title.
What data does the game collect?
