Common questions

Do I need an account or an internet connection?

No. Letter Thief plays fully offline and has no accounts, so there’s nothing to sign in to or reset.

Where are my stats and streak saved?

Only on your device. Deleting the app, or clearing site data if you play in a browser, permanently deletes them, and we have no copy to recover.

A real word wasn’t accepted.

Over 148,000 words are accepted, but if one is missing, email us the word and the letters you had.

What data does Letter Thief collect?
